An admissions representative will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to finalize the enrollment process.

Documents that you will need to provide include the following:

• Copy of the student's birth certificate
• Immunization record
• School entry health examination
• Scholarship award letter
• Parent Identification
• Discipline Record
• IEP or 504 plan if applicable
• Family meals application

You must upload these documents to the parent portal once your student is admitted and your access is granted.
